We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Weekend Front Desk Concierge to join our growing Beacon Hill Property team. The ideal candidate will be able to work Saturdays and Sundays 2:00pm- 10:30pm ,must have at least 2 years of property management con front desk or hotel concierge experience, a valid drivers license, and experience using an electronic dumpster to dispose of trash Sunday Evenings. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner

- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately

- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Handle guest reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications

- Maintain guest records and ensure accuracy of all guest information

- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately

- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence

Requirements:

- At least 2 years property management residential or hotel front desk concierge experience

- Associates College Degree

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests

- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional demeanor

- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle guest issues effectively

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer systems, including reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
