Job Title: Lead Childcare Teacher/Manager - Transportation experience a plus

Job Type: Full Time Position

Giggles is seeking a highly qualified Childcare Teacher to join our team. We are a drop-in facility caring for children from 12 months to 12 years of age. We support local families and children by providing a safe, clean and friendly indoor play center focusing on social, emotional and educational interactions, activities, play and more

Responsibilities include overseeing and managing the day to day activities of children and staff, caring for children in the center, engaging in age appropriate play and learning and maintaining the health and safety of the center. We are looking for a team player who is motivated, caring, respectful and flexible. We are a fast paced, highly dynamic work environment where a positive attitude, high energy and excellent communication skills are utilized daily.

Other requirements include:

  • High School Diploma or higher (additional child care certifications/training a plus)
  • CPR and First Aid Certification
  • Clean background check
  • Experience in a childcare facility or large group setting
  • At least 1 year of experience managing/leading staff
  • Experience driving and transporting children with before or afterschool programs 
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends per our center's extended hours
  • Pay rate: Beginning at $10-12/hr depending on experience and education. We offer a small benefit package, staff education and training, a professional and supportive work environment as well as room to grow in the company.
