Job Opening: Mental Health Therapist (Part-time or Full-time)

Location: Maryland (In-office or Remote)

Position Type: Part-time, Full-time, or Contractual

Pay: $42-$65/hour based on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of part-time, full-time, or contractual work, with the option to work remotely or in-office. Our team values a supportive and collaborative environment, and we are committed to providing ethical and culturally-sensitive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health counseling and case management services
  • Diagnose and plan treatment for patients
  • Complete clinical paperwork including intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Advocate for patient needs and manage medication compliance
  • Make referrals to social services and treatment programs
  • Provide crisis intervention and consultation with other mental health professionals

**Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in counseling, applied psychology, clinical mental health counseling, clinical psychology, counseling psychology, or related field (Required)
  • Licensed in Maryland as one of the following:
    • Licensed Counselor (LGPC or LCPC)
    • Licensed Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-C)
    • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
    • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LGMFT or LCMFT)
    • Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LGADC or LCADC)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience in a clinical setting
