Job DescriptionJob Description

Pridestaff is currently seeking Recycle Yard Worker/General Laborer for a recycling company located in Fontana, CA. Please see job requirements below to be considered.

  • Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am to 3:30pm

Job Duties: Will be helping to sort and clean material of wooden spools. Will also be in yard performing general yard clean up. Will be pulling, pushing, and sorting metal scrap. Will also be removing metal scrap or "depolluting" cars. Will be required to wear steel toes shoes and other assigned Personal Protection Equipment including long sleeved shirts.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have at least 6 months working in a Yard or related experience within the last year.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop throughout an 8 hour shift.
  • Ability to work outside.
  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
