* 13 weeks, ASAP start; On-Call only
* 2 shift schedules: Fri 2p-10p; Sat-Sun 11a-11p; Mon 2p-10p OR Fri-Sun 12p-12a & Mon 5p-9p
* Must have recent Hospice + HCHB experience
* KY or compact RN License & BLS required
