Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLooking for qualified Precision Millwrights in Fort Mill, SC and Charlotte, NC.Both local and travel work available.

Millwright Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • A understanding of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
  • Must be able to work at high heights, bend and stand for 10hr shifts
  • Ability to lift 50Ibs

Responsibilities:

  • Remove, replace, relocate, and install equipment or machinery with precision and safety according to job specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Perform all work in accordance with quality, standards, and established safety procedures
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels
  • Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
  • Repair or replace faulty components, such as bearings, gears, belts, and motors
  • Utilize precision tools and instruments to measure and align machinery parts accurately
  • Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to modify or repair equipment as needed
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repair work, parts used, and time spent on each task
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment
