Partner Integration Team Lead

Purpose:
The Partner Integration Team Lead provides support and coordination for the Partner Integration team while also actively contributing to the lead generation process. Team Lead is responsible for executing a tactical approach of leading Associates to contact financial advisors who may be ready to sell, merge, or need additional support for their business. This role leads, manages and holds accountable the Associate team that is responsible for contacting “advisor prospects” from a company provided call list, conducting outbound calls and e-mails with the intent of qualifying advisors as potential M&A prospects, scheduling introductory meetings with the advisor, and hitting key performance indicators (KPI’s) of the team. Team Lead ensures the team is utilizing Salesforce to manage the Core Process and enter appropriate documentation. This role will also perform the role of an Associate for a portion of the job and be eligible to participate in the bonus program.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountability for ensuring team members understand and achieve their performance metrics.
- Ensure that the Partner Integration Core Process for PIA outreach is followed consistently.
- Ensure PIAs are scheduling meetings with qualified leads for the Partner Integration Sales Team.
- Understand and maintain a staffing resource plan that achieves department metrics and anticipated turnover.
- Communicate anticipated staffing needs and coordinate with Human Resources so appropriate staffing is always maintained.
- Interview and recommend staffing selections.
- Supervise the daily activities and effectiveness of the Partner Integration Associates (PIAs) to ensure performance metrics are achieved through training, support, accountability, and corrective actions.
- Conduct lead generating calls (Part-time).
- Support Chief Business Officer and Partner Integration Advisor by pre-qualifying leads, providing timely needed information such as point of service marketing materials, company presentation materials, and other related information and documents.
- Work with all other team members in a way that is conducive with the mission, values, and beliefs of the company to provide service beyond expectations.
- Comply with company-wide policies and regulations.
