We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junk Car Buyer to join our team. The Junk Car Buyer will be responsible for evaluating vehicles, negotiating prices with customers, and facilitating the purchase and pickup of junk cars. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of vehicle values, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from potential sellers promptly and professionally.
• Evaluate vehicles over the phone or in person to determine their value based on condition, make, model, year, and market demand.
• Provide accurate and competitive cash offers to customers within 3-5 minutes of evaluation.
• Negotiate prices with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Schedule and coordinate the towing and transportation of purchased vehicles, ensuring timely pickups (typically within 24 hours).
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with the processing and recycling teams to ensure efficient handling of purchased vehicles.
• Stay updated on market trends and vehicle values to provide fair and competitive offers.
• Promote 114 Auto Salvage services to potential customers and build positive relationships within the community.
