We are seeking a Multiple Restaurant Management Roles (Front of House Manager, Bakery Manager, Kitchen Supervisor) - McLean/Tysons, Virginia to join our team, working in a high-volume, polished casual dining concept, serving very high-quality food \

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service
  • Record keeping of labor, food, liquor, etc.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and internal employees
  • Promote a positive atmosphere for workers of all levels
  • Ensure procedures and policies are adhered to
  • Training, coaching, and corrective action

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-5 years of management experience in a high volume, $3M to $5M, environment
  • Must have an upscale casual dining background. (Front of House Manager)
  • Strong understanding of bakery, cafe, or fast casual operations. (Bakery Manager)
  • Strong career progression in casual dining
  • Strong desire to achieve
  • Dedicated to career growth
  • Ambition to be the best and work for the best
  • Willing to work days, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Demonstration of excellent team leadership skills
  • Possess good staff management skills
  • Demonstrate a passion for detail management
