Job Description:
As a Lead Restoration Technician at MEC Environmental Inc., you will play an important role in restoring homes and communities by leading restoration projects with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work closely with owners, subcontractors, and our dedicated team by overseeing the initial and ongoing response to properties following traumatic events such as fire or flood.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct thorough assessments of water-damaged properties
• Oversee technicians and their work
• Work with Project Managers on job coordination and scheduling field work
• Ensure completion and collection of job files and documentation
• Maintain high standards of workmanship
• Quality control of the following: Job documents, Job documentation, Resource allocation, IICRC S500 Guidelines.

Requirements (Needs):

• Prior experience with residential and commercial mitigation
• Excited by gaining knowledge or performing well
• Aligned with company values
• Strong emphasis on documentation
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Can pass a drug test

Qualifications (Wants):

• Effective written and oral communication
• IICRC certified (WRT, ASD, AMRT preferred)
• Familiar with Xactimate, Mica, Albi, Encircle etc.
