Our Oviedo law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney to become a part of our team, preferably with experience in family law litigation, and drafting agreements, pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, discovery requests, etc. The firm offers 401(k), 401(k) matching, Health insurance, and Paid time off.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate settlements

​​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in family law preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
