Typical Duties:

  • Must have great communication skills with understanding full project scope, subcontracts, drawings, & specifications.
  • Required to hold weekly site meetings and/or conference calls with project owners, project manager, and office staff to establish weekly reports, record receipts, inspection reports, etc.
  • Responsible for all job site scheduling; equipment, manpower, subcontractors, etc.
  • Document ongoing project changes, process any RFI’s, notify project management as needed.
  • Ability to perform miscellaneous tasks a plus.
