Anderson Automotive Group is seeking an IT Associate to join our corporate IT team in Greer, SC The IT Associate role is crucial, providing on-demand support to end users for computer, system, device, access, software, hardware, and network issues.

Responsibilities and Duties:
● Prioritization and response to support requests in the ticketing system
● Provide end-user support for computer system, device, access, software, hardware, and network issues
● Prepares, deploys, and installs new hardware, software, and workstations • Available for after-hours support
● Research and resolution of technical problems of moderate complexity • Identifying and escalating complex issues when required
● Assisting as needed with department projects, which can include travel to remote locations
Qualifications
● Requires a proficient understanding of computing, operating systems, and network technology
● Basic technical knowledge of current dealership systems
● Ability to work independently with remote supervision or in a group environment
● Ability to continuously broaden technical knowledge base through on-the-job training and experience
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
