Release Wellness Group is actively seeking professional, creative, and collaborative licensed therapist (LMSW, LCSW-C in Maryland). The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team and should be comfortable working remotely. This is a 100% remote position. Candidates with experience in providing diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, couples therapy, and or family therapy are encouraged to apply


Therapist Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provides a minimum of 10 billable client hours per week (1099 Independent Contractor).
• Work collaboratively with clients to provide quality mental health services, this is to include: initial assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, intervention, treatment plan review and discharge.
• Review/modify plan treatment plan with client every 90 days.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (ie. CBT, EMDR, DBT).
• Conduct individual, group, couples and or family therapy.
• Maintain records for treatment plans and documentation of services provided for legal and financial record keeping.
Qualifications and Skills
• Must maintain a current social work license (LMSW, LCSW, LICSW or LCSW-C) in Maryland.
• At least 1 year of clinical work experience (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, computer and communication skills.
• Complete and pass a criminal background check.
• Efficient writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with confidence.
• Experience working with diverse ethnic backgrounds.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 hours per week.
