At Retail Rebel, the Tech & Electronics Sorter/Pricer is responsible for sorting of general merchandise and determining the venue sale. In this position, you will work with the proprietary company sorting tool, using both a computer and scanner to assist with sorting and pricing items.


Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  • Effectively use a computer, software, and a scanner
  • Thoroughly sort merchandise according to established processes and procedures
  • Meet daily production standards
  • Check, apply, and/or remove labels
  • Perform supportive team functions when necessary

Compensation:

  • Starting window of pay: $15.75 - $18.27 per hour, and up (based on experience)
Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of general retail merchandise types and valuation
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer and RF scanners experience
  • Diligence in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work space
  • Previous warehouse processing experience, preferred
  • Can work independently and be self motivated with strong time management skills

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse work setting
  • Prolonged standing and/or sitting for duration of shift
  • Potential use of merchandise equipment such as box cutters, bin containers, two-wheel dollies, and pallet jacks
  • Proper lifting up to 30 pounds; occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
