General Accountabilities:
- Perform a variety of fulfillment duties such as processing client orders, assembling and packaging orders/shipments, labeling boxes
- Provide clients with product and company information via phone, email, chat (text)
- Create internal orders, entering client information into various spreadsheets, and processing payments
- Increase office productivity by resolving (minor) problems/challenges independently
- Conduct day-to-day office tasks including following up with clients, checking voicemails, returning emails, etc
- Additional duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- Online retail/e-commerce experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Google Apps (Google sheets, docs, drive)
- Exceptional typing, writing and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain a sense of urgency
- Capable of working toward larger company goals, in addition to executing smaller objectives
- Efficient ability to work in a team setting as well as individually
- Strong decision-making skills; the understanding of when to ask questions
- Punctual and due date conscious is a must
- Maintain a positive professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
