We are seeking a skilled Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall direction, coordination, and successful completion of our construction projects.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership and Direction: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment of project objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Budget and Timeline Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring effective cost management and adherence to financial goals. Develop and manage project schedules, identifying critical paths and potential risks to timely project completion.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project delivery. Implement risk management processes and continuously monitor and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Mentor and guide team members, encouraging professional growth and development.
