Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled chef and expo, motivated to create a kitchen culture of excellence, consistency and growth. You must be a great mentor who leads by example while focusing on creativity and high standards. You must have a patient personality and create opportunities for your team in a collaborative atmosphere. Proven track record of excelling in the financial end of the business with menu costing, maintaining food and labor costs, and looking for opportunities to increase profitability. Must be collaborative, flexible, outgoing, patient, poised and professional. Five or more years in a culinary management role. Culinary degree preferred.
