Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Manual HBM Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating and programming manual Horizontal Boring Mills, with a focus on producing high-quality machined parts to tight tolerances. Responsibilities:

· Set up and operate manual Horizontal Boring Mills to perform precision machining operations.

· Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements.

· Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

· Program and adjust machine controls to ensure proper machining parameters.

· Monitor machine processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and accuracy.

· Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.

· Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.

· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a Manual HBM Machinist, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.

· Proficiency in setting up and operating manual Horizontal Boring Mills.

· Strong knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and materials.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.

· Experience with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
