Accounts Payable Coordinator


Job Summary:

Glendale Development has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our corporate office finance team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous accounts payable and general accounting experience.



Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process vendor invoices within our accounting management system.

  • Ensure invoice images and supporting documents are accurate, scanned and attached within our ERP.

  • Ensure related purchase orders are linked to invoices and approved prior to payment.

  • Use of 3-way match process.

  • Calculate and apply accurate payment terms to vendor invoice entries.

  • May require advanced problem-solving concerning unit of measure differences and other research, as necessary.

  • Review ERP invoice entries for duplication.

  • Provide elevated levels of support during month-end close, 1099 preparation, and collection of information being sent to lenders to obtain reimbursement of reserves.

  • Process vendor check and ACH payments per Company policy & procedures.

  • Provide unparalleled customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Use of excel to process complex vendor transactions.


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Accounts payable experience preferred.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with measured performance metrics.

  • Proficient data entry skills, with keen attention to detail in a structured work environment.

  • Ability to recall information needed for quick decision-making and critical thinking.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, adjusting in accordance with job objectives.

  • Can navigate Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.).

  • Experience with Rent Manager is a plus.


Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of Associates Degree in Business/Accounting.

  • 3 years’ work experience desired.
