Must have own vehicle to jobsites and back.

Must have Valid Drivers License

General Duties:

1. Site Preparation:

- Clearing and preparing the worksite, which may involve removing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.

- Setting up necessary infrastructure, such as scaffolding or temporary structures, and ensuring the worksite is safe and accessible.

2. Material Handling:

- Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.

- Transporting materials to different parts of the job site as needed.

- Assisting with the storage and proper disposal of materials.

3. Pipeline Installation:

- Assisting with the assembly, installation, and repair of pipelines.

- Operating and maintaining basic tools and equipment such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and drills.

- Aligning and positioning pipes to ensure proper fit before welding or fastening.

4. Maintenance and Repair:

- Conducting routine inspections of pipelines and other equipment.

- Assisting in the repair of leaks, breaks, or other pipeline issues.

- Performing preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity of pipelines and equipment.

6. Equipment Operation:

- Operating basic machinery, such as forklifts, loaders, and other construction equipment.

- Performing routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

7. Support to Skilled Workers:

- Assisting more skilled workers, such as welders or heavy equipment operators, by providing tools, materials, and other support as needed.

- Learning from and helping to execute more complex tasks under supervision.

8. Environmental Protection:

- Ensuring that work activities comply with environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.

- Implementing spill prevention measures and participating in environmental cleanup if necessary.

- Communicating effectively with supervisors and other team members about progress, challenges, and needs on the job site.
