Job DescriptionJob Description

RemX is seeking an experienced Accountant III to join the team in Norcross, GA area 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Responsibilities related to many different areas of corporate-level accounting
  • Act as the subject matter expert for assigned areas of responsibility
  • Interact with all levels of management regarding issues related to these specific areas
  • Support other functional teams with reporting requirements and ad hoc requests
  • Participate in the month-end close process, including the preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, variance explanations, and other financial information and supporting schedules

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • CPA, CMA or MBA preferred
  • 3 -5 years Accounting in a publicly traded company or public accounting.
  • Advanced skills with MS-Office products, Excel 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, organizational and execution skills
  • Strong analytical ability
