We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our team  You will work beside the Chef owner in a fast-paced environment with exceptional scratch products.  You will afford the Chef time to work on the business growth in expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation and new locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, lead from the line. 
  • Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
  • Check freshness and quality of ingredients
