Clinical Nutritionist

Meridian Medical offers nutritional counseling for all primary care patients to achieve health goals and manage medical diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and diabetes. Candidates should have formal nutritional training however licensure is not required but formal nutrition training is required. Assessments must be documented in SOAP format. A personal nutritional assistant is provided To facilitate scheduling and documentation.
1. The applicant should be proactive with scheduling to monitor patient progress on health related goals.
2. The applicant should produce a bi-weekly blog.
3. The applicant should be familiar with social media platforms.
4. Inventory tracking of in-office products.
5. Coordination of care with medical providers.
The applicant should be enthusiastic and conscientious.
Hours per week:
- 16 -24 - depending on work load
Overtime often available:
- No
Work Remotely
- Opportunity exists for virual work if proficient in duties and schedule permits. Must have at least two days per week in-office.
