Our firm has been providing quality accounting, tax, and financial services, including compilations and reviews, to our clients since 1986.

Our office is currently looking for a full-time bookkeeper.

Following Duties:

  • Review, analyze, and input data client information accurately and efficiently into software.
  • Monthly reconciliation of accounts.
  • Prepare write-up for exceptions and journal entries.
  • Maintain accounting filing system.
  • Maintain client confidentiality.
  • Assist management with daily activities as needed.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Skills/Experience:

  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Must be observant and pay attention to detail.
  • Be able to work in a fast environment with minimal supervision.
  • Must be dependable and reliable.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Our firm provides a competitive benefits program, including health insurance and a 401K with match, and paid professional growth opportunities. This position is in an office, and not a remote position.
