GEM Enrollments, a premier Employee Work-site Benefit Enrollment firm, is seeking a Licensed Benefit Counselor to join our in-house enrollment team. This is a FULL-TIME position ONSITE (Rockland County, NY, bordering Bergen County, NJ) with terrific offerings

The candidate will work closely with Management and staff to support our enrollments through our office - no travel necessary, no 'sales' quotas, no commission based employment etc.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate MUST be licensed in Life, Accident & Health insurance.
  • Candidate must be familiar/have experience with Worksite & Employee Benefits;
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate should possess a desire to promote customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist (virtually) with our clients day-to-day new-hires & qualified enrollments;
  • Assist (virtually) with the 'cleanup' of Open Enrollments;
  • Report to the Senior Leadership Team;
