Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a Resort Maintenance Technician for various maintenance duties for a 25-cabin resort in Asheville. We need someone who can maintain grounds/landscaping and hot tub maintenance as well as general house maintenance all at one location - no traveling.

Will train - then be able to work independently.

This is a full-time position - 40 hours - hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
  • Landscaping and yard maintenance as necessary
  • Perform routine plumbing repairs
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance
  • General building maintenance as required

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in general maintenance of grounds and buildings
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
