Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT to join a client in Tempe that focuses on horizontal and landscape construction.

CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and supplement internal resources in meeting client's need
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate all reporting employees
  • Document daily activities and issues
  • Solve construction and design issues
  • Participate in team interviews
  • Responsible for implementation of dust control, safety management, permits, quality control, and company policies

CIVIL SUPERINTENDENT QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years' experience in site, civil, and park construction
  • Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, and JOC projects
  • Clean driving and background check
