Blossom and Grow Wellness Center is a black-owned business in Columbia, MD. We offer wellness services to women, with an emphasis on those who are pregnant or postpartum. Our services include, individual therapy, group therapy, support groups, yoga and massages.

We are expanding to include child mental health therapy and are looking for the perfect candidate to fill our child therapist role. 

This is a contractor position but it will be a full-time caseload of 20-25 sessions a week. 

Duties:

- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis
- Implement individualized treatment interventions to address behavioral health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
- Licensure or certification as a Therapist (e.g., LMSW, LGPC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Proficiency in medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation techniques
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
