CommLoan is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a division leader. The ideal candidate will have extensive commercial real estate lending experience, possess strong leadership and presentation skills, sales acumen, organized, with project management abilities to effectively lead a team and manage a loan pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Qualify and onboard new Loan Originators, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Present to prospective Loan Originators and referral partners, showcasing the benefits of joining the team.
Lead team calls, providing guidance and direction to Loan Originators.
Manage projects, initiatives and loan pipeline to drive sales and team performance.
Provide support and resolve issues for the team of Loan Originators.
Participate in leadership calls, contributing insights and updates.
Serve as a natural leader, inspiring and motivating a large team of producers.
Qualifications:
MUST have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in commercial real estate lending.
Excellent communication, people management and presentation skills.
Strong sales orientation with a track record of success.
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team.
Exceptional problem resolution and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement tools/resources.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Organized with the ability to prioritize is a must.
Bachelor's Degree required.
