Schedule: Monday Friday (with possible weekends); 1st shift (7:00 AM 4:00 PM) and 2nd shift (1:00 PM 11:00 PM) available.
3rd shift (8:00 PM 7:00 AM) available for 7 on 7 off.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.


Requirements:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
  • Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of West Virginia.
