How this job will fit your life:

• Hours – 7am to 3:30pm
• Days – Monday through Friday
• Pay – TBD

 

What you can expect each day:

• Set up and operate press brake to form/bend metal to blueprint/drawing specifications for varied runs and sizes for all types of parts
• Selects proper tooling based on material being formed 
• Identify and pull programs from network to load and run on the machine 
• Inspect completed parts and make corrections where necessary
• Troubleshoots non-conformances in dimensions and makes appropriate adjustments

What the position requires:

• Strong leadership skills
• Must be able to read and understand job orders, drawings/blueprints and other data and perform all the necessary calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Capable of meeting assigned deadlines
• Ability to independently lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude

 

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 3-4 years of experience required
