Position: Warehouse Lead Type: Full-Time Location: Milwaukee

Salary: Hourly rate based on Experience

Responsibilities

  • Load Trucks Before each event with the scheduled day’s deliveries.
  • Properly secure all rentals on the truck to avoid damage transporting the items to and from each venue.
  • Drive company trucks or vans safely to each location for installations and dismantles.
  • Support set up and take down staff with on-site event installations and dismantles.
  • Must be accountable for working with minimal supervision.
  • Follow instructions written in company documents to ensure the right items and quantities are selected for delivery, and all items/tools required to install those products.
  • Follow directions from the Events Manager and other site leaders.
  • Confident when speaking to clients, vendors, and venue staff while on-site.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • A team player with all Ambrosia Events departments to ensure the company exceeds client’s expectations.
  • Excellent attendance.
  • Conducts equipment checks and repairs equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license with experience driving larger trucks (automatic transmission)
  • Fluent in English, Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects
  • Must have Weekend availability and be willing to work Friday and Saturday when events are executed.
