Mobile and Loxley, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Painter to join our team.

Essential Duties:
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as necessary.
• Select and mix appropriate paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns while ensuring even coverage and adherence to safety standards.
• Use stencils and other tools to apply designs, labels, or markings as required.
• Monitor inventory of painting supplies and equipment, and communicate any needs to the appropriate supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the painting area, including proper storage of paints, solvents, and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and maintenance teams to schedule painting projects and coordinate activities as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements/Skills:
• Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment including a spray gun.
• Ability to interpret and follow painting specifications and instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform painting tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to adhere to safety guidelines at all times.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training or certification in painting is a plus.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to [insert weight] pounds.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and humidity.
