  • Lead the Night Shift production team to meet production goals
  • Support Shop Manager and General Manager as needed
  • Proactively understand and communicate process or parts needs
  • Willing to work the hours needed
  • Issue discipline to production employees and communicate issues with HR as needed
  • Consistently comply with all company policies and ensure all team members do the same
