Responsibilities:

• Conduct carpentry repairs and maintenance across various properties in Iroquois and Vermilion Counties.
• Collaborate with property managers to assess and address maintenance needs.
• Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, and other carpentry-related tasks.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential issues and ensure property safety.
• Travel to different property locations as needed to complete assigned tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and property managers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter in a property management or similar setting.
• Strong carpentry skills, including door/window installation, cabinet repair, etc.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to travel to various property locations in Iroquois and Vermilion Counties.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
