Title: Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Location: Streetsboro, OH

Pay: $60,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages all AR & AP for the client
  • Approves or denies customer credit applications based on credit history
  • Tracking and analyzing all monetary functions through QuickBooks Online
  • Manages the new employee process for new hires
  • Maintains an organized office
  • Continuously improves office processes
  • Leads office personage to maximum productivity
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in the accounting field
  • Adept knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • Microsoft office suite proficiency
  • Understanding of industry standards
  • Possesses strong leadership skills
  • Strong Ability to Multitask
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Research skills
  • Degree in accounting, CPA not required
