Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:

The Service Warehouse Associate supplements the service team by providing quality control to products, organizing the warehouse, documenting inventory and assisting in the field as needed. Associates will need to be able to lift and relocate heavy products exceeding 100lbs using appropriate tools and lifting procedure frequently.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is responsible for the following:
  • Assists the traditional warehouse team with unloading freight, additionally is responsible for identifying and relocating service products to the correct storage space.
  • Inventory, quality control and stages product for service team every day to prep for the following week.
  • Maintains an active inventory of service products and units, optimizing for space and efficiency.
  • Cleans and maintains the service warehouse and staging area.
  • Digitally uploads, receives and audits packing slips and product inventory against purchase orders
  • Assists service teams in field with labor or material running as needed
  • Performs any other related, unrelated, unassigned, unspecified, or special duties that may be assigned by management.


To drive an RBA or personal vehicle employees are required to hold a driver’s license and current auto insurance as required by law, be an approved driver by RBA's insurance, and provide copies to the Human Resource department

  • 1+ year of warehouse or relevant experience preferred
  • Ability to physically lift 75+ lbs. Regularly
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Able to maintain a working product inventory
  • Ability to handle high volume of work
  • Has a driver's license and insurance as required by law
  • Able to work overtime as required by manager
