Job requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of leasing experience. 
  • Must have outstanding customer service experience and be able to adjust to different properties.
  • This is a floating position so scheduled properties will change daily or weekly. 
  • Good understanding of Yardi.
  • Good customer service skills are required.
  • A pleasant demeanor and professional appearance is required.
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license 

Duties: 

  • This position will be assisting various properties with leasing needs, including roving to properties 
  • Property Administration
  • Tenant retention projects 
  • Tenant and vendor relations
  • Marketing
