We are currently seeking to hire a Construction Salesperson who can also be a Construction Foreman to join our team Must be living in Long Island, NY. You will be responsible for overseeing the projects, both residential and commercial, and developing sales to drive company revenue. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the project activities.
  • Establish sales and quotes.
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
  • Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.
  • Bidding on different commercial opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction sales and bidding for commercial projects.
  • Experience as a supervisor or manager, to be able to oversee the project.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
