We are seeking an Entry Level Insurance Agent to join our team, in this role, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission while focusing solely on warm leads - NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED 1099 Position

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients through warm leads provided by marketing efforts, referrals and other inbound channels
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Communicate benefits effectively to prospects, demonstrating how they meet their specific needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude, resilience and persistence in pursuing sales goals
