SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Staffing Assistant. This combined role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting our recruitment and staffing efforts.
This dual role is ideal for a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage administrative duties while supporting the staffing needs of A & Associates. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a passion for people and processes, we encourage you to apply.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome guests and direct them to the appropriate personnel or office.
- Answering and Routing Phone Calls: Handle incoming calls, respond to queries, and route calls as necessary.
- Managing Correspondence: Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and manage email correspondence.
- Maintaining Records and Files: Update and manage candidate databases.
- Office Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Onboarding New Hires: Assists with Onboarding and payroll.
- Coordinating Background Checks: Assist in processing background checks and drug screenings.
- Employee Records Management: Ensure all employee files in JazzHR are complete and UpToDate
- Employee Relations Support: Assist in handling employee relations issues and provide administrative support to HR.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including superior understanding of resume writing and interview techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Bilingual is a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Degree in related field highly preferred
- At least one year of experience in similar staffing role preferred
- Some experience in talent management preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
COMPENSATION:
- The salary for this position is $15.00 to $18.00 PH
