As a Greeter, you will welcome and greet guests, guide customer, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know Successful Team Members will conduct themselves will have a positive attitude and thrive in a busy environment

Greeter Responsibilities:

  • Smile
  • Create and Maintain Eye Contact
  • Greet Enthusiastically
  • Make Emotional Connections with Guests within 3 second of entering the establishment  
  • Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
  • Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
  • Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
  • Work on their feet for several hours at a time
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
  • Adhere to our rules and dress code at all times
  • Help in keeping the store clean and orderly.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be able to work at least 3-4 days per week
  • Must be able to work with others
  • Must work well under pressure
  • Must be reliable and show up on time every day
  • Must love serving and helping others
  • Must work well independently and in a team environment
  • Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours)
