Warehouse Shop Position

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

In the Warehouse Shop Position, you will play a pivotal role in the warehouse and material acquisition processes and within our organization. You will be responsible for providing project material procurement support to our construction project managers and teams of electrical technicians along with a variety of warehouse tasks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful execution of tasks assigned, maintaining high standards of quality, and accuracy.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Highschool Diploma and a minimum of one to five (1-5) years related warehouse experience, preferred. Clean driving record. General electrical material understanding.

JOB DUTIES:

· Take direction from project managers to fulfill job material requisitions (JMR) for upcoming or ongoing projects.

· Check and pull materials from warehouse to complete JMR’s.

· Source and issue purchase orders (PO) to vendors as directed by project managers to complete JMR’s.

· Accurately document material from warehouse and orders from vendors.

· Receive and confirm proper materials received from vendors against packers and PO’s.

· Support electrical technicians with obtaining material, tool and equipment request for projects.

· Maintain material levels stocked in warehouse.

· Material and equipment deliveries and pickups to and from job sites as needed.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
