General Laborer

The following responsibilities and requirements apply:

Responsibilities:

• Safely load, transport, and unload various materials, including debris and junk items, from residential and commercial properties.
• Provide excellent customer service, treating customers with respect and ensuring all interactions are professional.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment efficiently, adhering to all safety policies and traffic laws.
• Assist with general labor duties, such as lifting heavy objects, and performing site clean-up.
• Complete tasks with efficiency and maintain high quality standards.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical fitness to lift and remove heavy items regularly.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if the position requires driving).
• Flexibility with work hours, including the ability to work on weekends.

Desirable Qualities:

• Previous experience in junk removal or related field is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly and clean job sites.
• Commitment to providing ‘knock-your-socks-off’ service to customers.
