Aesthetician

*Job Summary:**

As an aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing skincare treatments and services to clients to address their specific skin concerns and help them achieve healthy, radiant skin. You will assess clients' skin condition, recommend appropriate treatments, and perform a variety of skincare procedures to improve the overall appearance and health of their skin.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct skin consultations to assess clients' skin condition and determine their skincare needs.

2. Recommend and perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other specialized treatments.

3. Perform extractions to remove blackheads and other impurities from the skin.

4. Provide skincare advice and recommendations to clients on how to care for their skin at home.

5. Keep accurate records of clients' skin conditions, treatment plans, and progress.

6. Stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques through ongoing training and education.

7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all health and safety regulations.

8. Promote skincare products and services to clients to enhance their treatment results and generate additional revenue.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

10. Collaborate with other skincare professionals, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, as needed to provide comprehensive skincare solutions for clients.

**Qualifications:**

1. Certification or license as an esthetician from an accredited school or program.

2. Proven experience working as an aesthetician in a spa, salon, or skincare clinic.

3. In-depth knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to provide personalized skincare recommendations.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills through ongoing training and education.

8. Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
