We seek a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Tulsa.

 

Who we are: 

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States. Founded in Dallas, TX, It offers a complete menu of services, including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We take pride in consistently creating an inviting atmosphere and focusing on an exceptional guest experience.

 

Who we want on our team: 

We are seeking an assistant salon manager for our busy Tulsa salon. You will report directly to the General Manager and focus on providing excellent customer service to all our guests and staff, helping to manage our growing team of Sales and Customer Service Associates and Stylists, and cultivating a positive and fun work environment. You will be highly focused on sales, managing company goals, and training our staff in selling memberships and retail.

Previous Membership Sales and Management experience is required.

Required Skills:

  • Experience managing employees
  • Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses

  • College Degree in Business Management or another relatable field is preferred
  • You must be legally eligible to work in the United States with reliable transportation
