Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Westside is a state of the art dealership looking for a full time dedicated and detail orientated Billing Clerk to join our team.

Must have experience in a dealership accounting office. Candidate must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and be a reliable team player with a positive attitude.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support for accounting and billing functions as needed
  • Post new and used deals to accounting books using Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite
  • Submit warranty and GAP cancellations
  • Factory accounts payable, refunds, and incentives
  • Able to process daily bank deposits as needed

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a dealership billing clerk or have extensive general accounting experience
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality guidelines
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent math ability
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Accurate data entry
  • Able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines as relates to dealership billing

Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm. Candidate must be able to stay late one night a month on a rotational basis.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background/credit check.
