Advantage Design Group seeks a Client Success Support Specialist who loves working with people and technology and developing their craft Our ideal candidate also has strong customer service skills, experience with technology, and strong support and training skills We've opened this position because we want to ensure that we provide the customers that subscribe to our software with exceptional care. Our primary mode of support for customers is via telephone, email, and video meetings. In addition, you will primarily be responsible for training end users via video conferencing.

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls from clients who require assistance with technical problems or have concerns regarding websites and software
  • Train clients as needed in the use of proprietary software via video calls or written instructions
  • Communicate with clients, fellow employees, or vendors to resolve issues
  • Document all troubleshooting history with customers
  • Consult with staff and management to establish requirements for modifications
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures throughout all assignments
  • Develop training materials and procedures
  • Help test existing platforms and sites
  • Preparedness to perform other duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in end-user tech support, software training/client services
  • A solid comfort level with new technology platforms and the ability to converse with clients
  • Website CMS experience
  • Proven project management track record and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Tremendous attention to detail
  • Onboarding experience at any type of organization
  • Training experience at any type of organization
  • Orientation experience at any type of organization

Plus:

  • Familiarity with SSL renewals
  • basic web standards (particularly HTML/CSS)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Higher Education experience
