Fence Installer

We are a small family owned Fencing Installation business, if you like working with your hands and working outside this is a great opportunity. We are seeking 1-2 part-time workers for fence installation (Manual labor)
Great summer job or part-time job
Compensation: $15/hour + project completion bonuses (W2)
Work would be regular, as needed. You would be on-call M-F 9am-5pm with overtime opportunities as available. You would clock-in once called, and after arriving on-site ready to begin work. 6am-9am will be regular over-time available as needed.
Full Work days would include a 30 minute unpaid mandatory lunch break from 12:30-1pm
You would be on job-sites with me (business owner) installing fences and demo'ing fences. Typically 1 project a week in the Lawton and surrounding region (+ ~25-50 miles). You would be assisting with lifting and moving equipment, fencing materials, etc. as well as following instructions and assisting with fencing installation (building wooden and metal fences)
Room for growth with new company. the role could potentially turn into foreman type role including but not limited to:
-Cell phone
-Company Credit Card
-Company truck (2021 F150 FX4)
-Potential oversight/management work in future
-Business card/management title and pay raise
Requirements:
-Must be at least 14 per OK state law (no DL required if under driving age)
-Pass background check
-Have valid drivers license (If of driving age)
-Can arrive to job-site on time, during on-call hours (M-F 9am-5pm)
-Has working cell phone and can communicate effectively and accurately
-Can lift at least 60+/- Lbs regularly without injuring yourself
-Must self-supply your work gloves, eye protection, and work boots.
-Must self-supply your hydration/water for work days
Extras that will be helpful:
-Familiar with tools
-Bring tools to job-site
-Has truck/trailer or management capability
-Fencing experience is a huge bonus (I will provide immediate $2-$5/hour pay raise for applicants with prior fencing experience per my discretion)
